Refund and Returns Policy for MovCity

At MovCity, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we offer a clear and straightforward refund and return process to guarantee a hassle-free experience.

1. Returns

We accept returns for most products within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including any accessories or promotional items.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@movcity.xyz to initiate the return process.

  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization (RA) number.

  3. Pack the item securely, including the RA number on the package, and send it back to the address provided by our customer service team.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or was incorrectly shipped.

2. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Conditions for Refunds:

  • Items must meet the return conditions mentioned above.

  • Certain items, including personalized products, sale items, and perishable goods, are non-returnable and non-refundable. This will be clearly noted on the product page.

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet the return criteria or for items returned after the 30-day return window.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@movcity.xyz. We will resolve the issue by either offering a replacement or processing a full refund, including return shipping costs.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or model, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped, we cannot cancel or make any changes.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Sale items

7. Processing Time

Please allow 7-10 business days for processing your return once it is received. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.

8. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item shipped by us. If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or other reasons, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

9. International Returns

For international orders, the same return and refund policies apply. However, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Customs duties, taxes, and fees for international returns are also the responsibility of the customer.
